Vacuum Metalized

The Process of plating's a substrate not usually able to be plated is something that can be done by Vacuum Metalizing it.

The process involves the painting of the product with a base coat it is then fitted to a jig placed inside a chamber where a vacuum is pulled, at an atmosphere close to outer space elements heat metal canes that vapourise to a gas coat the product in a thin file on the metal giving it a mirror like appearance.

This is then top coated in either a clear, gold or copper tint finish and baked.
